DESCRIPTION

Magnolia 6369, Parts A and B, is a two part epoxy adhesive designed to have excellent properties at elevated temperatures.

SPECIAL FEATURES

       2.  Room Temperature or elevated temperature cure.
       3.  Excellent storage stability at room temperature.

        Cure Schedule:            7 days at Room Temperature or
                                  1-2 hours at 150-250°F

        Shelf Life:               12 months at Room Temperature

    The above values were obtained using a cure schedule of 7 days at
    room temperature.  Specimens were soaked for 10 minutes at temperature
    prior to testing.

    Specimens were cured at room temperature for 7 days and soaked at 400°F
    for 2 hours.
        Lap Shears at 400°F             832 psi

    Specimens were cured at room temperature for 7 days and soaked at 450°F
    for 2 hours.
        Lap Shears at 450°F             450 psi

    Specimens were cured at 250°F for 1 hour and soaked at 400°F for
    2 hours.
        Lap Shears at 400°F             858 psi

    Specimens were cured at 250°F for 1 hour and soaked at 450°F for
    2 hours.
        Lap Shears at 450°F             486 psi

DANGER FIRST-AID -------------------------------- ------------------------- May cause severe irritation. Eyes - Immediately flush Do not get in eyes, on skin eyes with plenty of water or clothing. for at least 15 minutes. Do not inhale vapors. Get medical attention. Wear rubber gloves & aprons. Skin - Wash immediately Use with adequate ventilation. with soap and water. Wash thoroughly after handling. Clothing - Remove clothing For industrial use only. and wash before reuse. Keep container closed. Do not reuse this container.
