DESCRIPTION
Magnobond 6371 is a fluid, clear, epoxy compound designed for injection repair of
composite structures. This product cures at room temperature and gives
good strength properties beyond 300°F.
Magnobond 6373 is a long pot life version of Magnobond 6371.
PROPERTIES
Mix Ratio: l00 parts by weight A
52 parts by weight B
Cure Schedule: 6-8 hours at RT - Set
7 days - Full Cure
OR
1-2 hours at 150-200°F
Viscosity, mixture at 75°F: 7,000 cps
3 oz. Pot Life at 77°F: 30 minutes
Lap Shear Strength, ASTMD1002
3 mil bond line, cured l hour
at l80°F:
75°F 2,800 psi
-67°F 2,600 psi
300°F 1,500 psi
Shelf Life: A = l year at 40°F or lower
B = l year at 80°F or lower
6371 is very exothermic when cured in sections over l/2 to l inch
thick.
DANGER FIRST-AID

May cause severe irritation. Eyes - Immediately flush
Do not get in eyes, on skin eyes with plenty of water
or clothing. for at least 15 minutes.
Do not inhale vapors. Get medical attention.
Wear rubber gloves & aprons. Skin - Wash immediately
Use with adequate ventilation. with soap and water.
Wash thoroughly after handling. Clothing - Remove clothing
For industrial use only. and wash before reuse.
Keep container closed.
Do not reuse this container.
