Preload Lap Shear strength at 180`F

Magnobond 6390 has been tested according to the preload procedure outlined in FMS 1048D. This procedure calls for curing panels at room temperature for several days. The specimens are then loaded to 600 PSI at ambient, heated quickly while maintaining stress and tested as soon as the bond line reaches 180`F.

This test measures the ability of an adhesive to develop high temperature properties as it is curing at room temperature. Results are as follows:
              180`F - 1742 PSI
