DESCRIPTION

A lightweight syntactic foam system with a superior strength to weight ratio, designed for honeycomb sandwich edge fill application.

SPECIAL FEATURES

This product is an excellent filler and stabilizing agent used in honeycomb sandwich assembly fabrication. It may be injected using standard sealing equipment.

MIX RATIO 
     Magnobond 79-3, Part A        100 parts by weight
     Magnobond 79-3, Part B         17 parts by weight
CURE SCHEDULE 
     1.  24 hours at 80°F + 5°F, OR
     2.   5 hours at 80°F + 5°F then
          1 hour at 160°F + 10°F
     3.   5 hours at 125°F + 5°F

   Compressive Yield Strength

This product qualified to Lockheed Corporate Material
Specification LCM-22-1029B, Type V, Grade B, EPS 22.6966 and
Lockheed Georgia Company STM-22-602C, Type V, Grade B, Class 1.
