Magnolia Plastics products have been octa-BDE and penta-BDE free since
2001 in accordance with the dictates of the European Union.
Magnolia has developed over 2,000 products since our inception in 1957.
More than 700 of these are currently in active use in diverse industries
around the globe. Of these are our widely accepted line of epoxy based
products suitable designed for and qualified for use as Syntactics
which are used primarily in the Aviation, Aerospace, and Marine Industries.

1. Compound 75, Parts A & B - A superior weight
to strength ratio, fire retardant syntactic foam-paste epoxy, designed
for honeycomb sandwich edge fill applications.
2. Compound 91, Parts A & B - Magnobond 91 is
a two part, room temperature curing, self-extinguishing low density
epoxy potting compound.
3. Compound 92-1, Parts A & B - Magnobond
92-1, Parts A & B is a high strength flame retardant potting system
for metal, plastic and paper honeycomb core.
4. Compound 99, Parts A & B - Magnobond 99,
Parts A & B, is a two component epoxy syntactic potting compound which
meets or exceeds the requirements of BMS 5-28,
Rev. V, Type 18, Class II and is designed for robotic application.
5. Compound 86 and 87, Parts A & B - Magnobond
86 and Magnobond 87 are high strength syntactic foam products having
excellent properties between -67°F and +350°F.
6. Compound 108, Parts A & B - Magnolia 108,
Parts A & B is a lightweight, two component epoxy adhesive designed
to meet the requirements of STM 22-602, Revision
F, Type VIII, Grade B.
7. Compound 109, Parts A & B - Magnolia 109,
Parts A & B is a lightweight, two component epoxy adhesive designed
to meet the requirements of STM 22-602, Revision
F. Type IX, Grade D, Class I.
8. Compounds 94 and 95, Parts A & B - Magnobond
94 and 95 are high strength epoxy potting, shimming and bonding compounds
designed for use between -67°F and +350°F.
9. Compound 79-3, Parts A & B - A lightweight
syntactic foam system with a superior strength to weight ratio, designed
for honeycomb sandwich edge fill application.
10. Compound 6663-1, Parts A & B - Magnolia
6663-1 is a high strength two part epoxy potting compound designed to
meet the requirements of General Dynamics Specification
FMS 1026D.
11. Compound 6663-2, Parts A & B - Magnolia
6663-1 is a high strength two part epoxy potting compound designed to
meet the requirements of Lockheed Martin FMS 1026,
Class III, Type A.
12. Compound 6664-2, Parts A & B - Magnolia
6663-1 is a high strength two part epoxy potting compound designed to
meet the requirements of Lockheed Martin FMS 1026,
Class II, Type A.
13. Compound 104-228, Parts A & B - Magnolia
104-228, Parts A & B, is a two part, room temperature curing syntactic
epoxy system designed to meet or exceed the requirements of BMS
5-28, Revision V, Type 28. Magnolia 104-228 does not contain
any component reportable under SARA Title III, Section 313.
The products listed above are only a few of the many Syntactics systems
produced by Magnolia Plastics to a wide variety of specifications and for
