Magnolia Plastics products have been octa-BDE and penta-BDE free since
2001 in accordance with the dictates of the European Union.
Magnolia has developed over 2,000 products since our inception in 1957.
More than 700 of these are currently in active use in diverse industries
around the globe. Of these are our widely accepted line of epoxy based
adhesives suitable for many different and diverse applications.

1. Compound 6030-1, Parts A & B -
Magnolia 6030-1 is a two part epoxy mass casting resin designed for replacing
lead in drop hammer punches and for making draw and stretch form dies.
2. Compound 6021-1, Parts A & B - Magnolia
6021-1, Parts A and B, is a two part epoxy casting resin designed for
making vacuum forming tools. An aluminum grain, Magnolia 6021, Part C,
is available should a metallic filler be required.
3. Compound 6004, Parts A & B - Magnolia 6004
is an epoxy casting resin used for making large tools for metal and plastic
forming operations.
4. Contact Pressure Epoxy Laminating Compound 2004
with Curing Agent 235 - An epoxy resin system designed for room temperature
laminating of contoured surfaces.
5. Compound 2031, Parts A & B - Magnolia 2031
is a low viscosity, high temperature resistant laminating resin for service
at 350°F. This resin is often used with Magnolia 1065-7 Surface
Coat (see number 6 below). Qualified to EMS
27123.
6. Compound 1065-7, Parts A & B - Magnobond
1065-7, A/B is a two part epoxy surface coat that is designed for use
on laminated tools that operate at elevated temperatures.
The products listed above are only a few of the many tooling solutions
